Morehead State basketball head coach Donnie Tyndall has been offered the same position at Southern Miss, CBSsports.com reports.

Tyndall has led Morehead State to a pair of NCAA Tournament bids and has a 114-84 record in six seasons at the school.

I think they used to qualify as a mid-major before everyone worth a damn took a dump on C-USA. They could go .500 next season and win their conference. Sad thing is all 12 of them will brag about it to us. Phil Bryant will invite them to the Governor's mansion for a party sponsered by Raise Your Pints (call it a favor for signing that bill). A Jostens rep will be there waiting so that they can be fitted for 58639k sterling silver champ rings. It will be followed with a state legislature recognition of how USM came close to sweeping the annual "top player in Mississippi awards" but fell short of the Howell trophy, but how Moultrie first played at UTEP which is a conference buddy of USM, so they kind of almost won it. LoLz To ThE tOp!?!?!?

And with the General straightening all the vending machine contracts the kids of Hardy Street High will finally raise enough money to throw the prom!!! Exciting times.
