we had no answer for motley in the 2nd half......don't know if it was foul trouble or tiredness but we had no answer......btw...I ate your cherry cobbler...you snooze you lose:scream:We were up 49-42 and poof! Gone. Game blown. Like watching the end of the Kansas game all over again.
It was either Carter dribble driving for a layup/foul or it was nothing. Macon and Phillip had some good, some bad and everyone else should have stayed home. You're right, Motley was a beast and I can't wait for Konate to hit the weight room.we had no answer for motley in the 2nd half......don't know if it was foul trouble or tiredness but we had no answer......btw...I ate your cherry cobbler...you snooze you lose:scream:

All that steak talk yesterday got to me, so I picked up a couple delmonicos on my way home. Medium rare lightly sprinkled with Montreal Steak seasoning, broccoli, potatos, and Lake Placid 46er ale. Of course, that horrible game followed which ruined any chance for a dessert.we had no answer for motley in the 2nd half......don't know if it was foul trouble or tiredness but we had no answer......btw...I ate your cherry cobbler...you snooze you lose:scream:
He's hot and cold too. Makes great shots then turns the ball over or tosses up air balls. What we really needed last night was 24+ minutes of the good Nathan Adrian. He never showed either.do we miss ahmad that much?
I missed the first half hour of the game....sounds like he never got the chance...that bald official is as bad as higginsHe's hot and cold too. Yup. Baylor plays really big in the paint and when our shots aren't dropping, don't expect much offensive rebounding.Shooting around 35 percent and getting outrebounded by 20 is a recipe for a loss. Poor game. Same with TCU and I still don't know how we won that one on Saturday. We are playing poorly as a team right now. I hope the players get some rest or it is going to be an unhappy ending to a good season.
The good news is we're losing to teams who know what our press is like. The tourney is filled with teams who have no clue what to expect. Unless, of course, they are S.F.Austin.I don't have high tourney hopes for this team. One day they're up, next they're down. No consistency.
Analytics may prove me wrong, but it seems we often have trouble defending the paint this season. I terms of the Dance, I think we COULD make a nice run with some luck. Heaven (and KenPom) knows we're due. Hopefully, Big12 play will have prepared us for the teams we draw.Yup. The matchup man to man we play allows for opportunities for a good passing team to get the ball inside for easy bunnies. That is a big downfall of the defense. But with our personnel and under Huggs press and defensive philosophy, it is a good match. Sounds great...If you like steak seasonings you might give this one a try. Similar to Montreal but slightly different with a finer grind.... http://mccormickforchefs.com/Products/Brands/McCormick-Culinary/Western-Seasoning.aspxAll that steak talk yesterday got to me, so I picked up a couple delmonicos on my way home.
