Message: <blockquote data-quote="Butler-eer" data-source="post: 131851615" data-attributes="member: 1661089">Back to OT.  Dumping a coach mid season could be the best thing for TCU at this point.  Patterson hasn't produced in the last few years.  It looks like the program is tired and the game has changed leaving TCU behind.  Patterson is in the last years of his career and from what my TX friends say he is just looking for a retirement package.  It will be interesting to see ihow their not #8 recruiting class ends up.  8 commits so far.  3 of the 4 decommits have happened since 11/1.  This could end up being a friggin disaster this year but looking at the total direction under Patterson it could be a quick turn around.  Just depending on how fast they get a named HC in place to save the late signing period.  Lots of room for JC's and Portals to make a name for themselves on a P5 roster.</blockquote>
