BYU is a no brainer and anyone smart enough in charge of expansion knows they are a must get for conference survival. They are a P5 program just independent. Huge fanbase, great stadium, great facilities, tremendous football tradition including a Football National Championship. Something we don't have. Great addition!

Now add Cincinnati, UCF and Memphis and start building for the future.

Kind of surprised at all the Real Fans up in here who Really Rooted for WVU while we were a member of the Big East 2.0 wanna turn their noses up at a Big12 with teams like BYU, Cincinnati, UCF and Memphis or Houston?

Houston is not worth the stink that comes with them. Already have 3 teams from Texas don't need another.

Can't stand BYU. They have certain demands that are unwarranted. That would be a politically motivated split national championship. But like you said about the best left out there. So get them.

USF not a good idea.

Add BYU, Cincinnati, UCF, Memphis or Navy.

UCF is a must also. Look at their recent football success and their alumni base and market. Way better option than any Memphis or Cincinnati.

Boise state's academic standing is way too poor. Not going to be them. Decision is made by academics.

Boise blue turf will only see Big 12 if BYU turns them down. WVU needs the crap out of that burning pit. Unfortunately they are stuck and will drown without a life jacket.

Boise is one step up from a juco academically, and there is zero recruiting value for other members. They are a hard no.
