Hall and Robinson would be great adds. Khalifa is a good bench piece.
The question isn't will he bring any, the question is how many.
Yes he will bring a few to help implement his system and they are definitely on the level of playing at UK…
I would say that our roster winds up being this:
2-4 BYU players
2-4 current players
1-2 high school recruits
4-6 portal transfers

That might be good news.Pope has someone better in mind.
I forget which ones exactly, but there were 2 BYU players who entered the portal with a "Do Not Contact" label, so I'd expect those guys to follow Pope to UK, but that's just speculation
I like Noah Waterman.
What I think happened was Pope told him he probably won’t get to start and that he’ll be trying to recruit more accomplished players at his position. I’m sure Pope would’ve loved to have a PG who already knows his offense to hit the ground running and later transition into a back up role. But given the list I’m guessing Hall wasn’t ok with that.
At least that’s my completely uninformed take.
