Given that most hats that have a letter are for the initial of the city (B, NY, LA, even TC) I would guess Chicago.

The C has been and is still used as the C in the word Cubs. They have never used that block C to begin the name Chicago.

For that reason, I say Cubs.

Also, while D@A's is right about most, you also have the Diamondbacks, Athletics, and Angels. I also claim the Pirates and the Phillies before that debate starts.

I've always heard it was actually for Cubs. The only time they ever wear the word Chicago on a jersey is on their away jersey.

The Dbacks have "D" hats and "A" hats.

Oaklands hats have A's on them, not just A. The 's makes a difference.

The Angels have an A, but that could as easily be Anaheim as it is Angels.

I'd say looking at this picture of all the hats that is seems like most have the city represented on the hat. Of course the alliterative ones like the Cubs, Pirates. Phillies and Angels are confusing.

I KID I KID

As old as the Cubs are and judging by the other older ballclubs that have logos with letters always seem to stand for the city.
