The word is Ole Miss is offering to put his brother on scholarship and they managed to get him a medical RS so he'll have two years to play with his brother. Its going to be tough for a kid to turn down an offer like that when it helps his family, especially in a way that isn'tnecessarily illegal when it comes to NCAA rules. As an MSU fan, it sucks to lose him that way but honestly it something we should have probably been on since the beginning.
but I don't even want our hat on the table. If he pump fakes the State hat, I will be furious. Can't help it. That **** with Tobias last year sucked, and not because he chose Ole mIss, but because hewas trying to make us look bad.But we see how karma's working out forToby right about now.
He may very well do the hat fake or come up with some original way to make it seem dramatic. Regardless, it should come as no surprise to anyone that he's UM bound, so there should be no freaking out when he announces no matter how he does it, no wishing career ending injuries on him, or whatever. I wish him luck in his career. Can't get 'em all. He'll pay for it on the field for most if not all of his career, but as he said, winning isn't important to him. All that being said, I'd take him in a half a heartbeat if he picks the MSU hat.
I was just curios about what happened to that statement about "no matter the hat his options are still open."
And I highly doubt if Ward commits to OM that Mullen would not let him come in for a visit. I could be wrong, unless Mullen is worried about Ward flipping guys.
