Very underpaid. Pay the man.
Based on the latest financials, we're already taking a ~2 million dollar loss on the program, and he's got one of the top 2 salaries in a relatively small Olympic sport (at the National level). Wouldn't make sense to me to bid against ourselves and pay him more.

Iowa would pay twice that to get him

What surprised me was Rhodes have the 2nd highest salary!! PSU should ask for money back due to the lousy ROI they are getting.

I'd think that the Men's Basketball coach is the 2nd highest salaried employee at most of our peers. He's middle of the pack for Big Ten coaches, and will likely keep sliding down with each new contract for those below him.
