Notice how nobody cares about high school recruits anymore? That’s what we have created.
Maybe it’s a good thing? We’d have been thrilled with Raydar Jones and Kamari Rogers the past few years. Now we have them, and also know that the high school guys who leave will probably come back.
Of course we always have to worry about losing guys too, primarily out of state mercenaries like Rara.

That and if you miss on someone you can always go in the portal them and find someone to fill the gap.

We aren’t expecting to sign any WRs just yet. If there was a glaring need you’d think we’d be on a few.
RaRa supposedly wants $500K. Auburn may give him that. There are probably more WRs in the portal than any other position.

A certain recruiting expert reported this, without realizing that Louisville was in Boston for the Fenway Bowl.
Caleb Bryant is a legit 6'3" and 250-lb player with good push and power at the HS level. He will need to get stronger under the weight program, but Vicksburg typically has a very good weightlifting program. In HS, he displayed several outbursts of frustration that are a bit concerning. He will need to get that under control. Despite his listed 8 sacks, he was held on every other play. Officials at the HS level typically overlooked some of it either due to poor judgement, not wanting to throw a flag on every other play, or out of annoyance with some of his on-field antics. I think he's a good kid and a great prospect, but he needs some development. He played all over for Vicksburg (including offense at H-back on short yardage), but I would think he projects inside for us once he puts on some additional weight and gets a bit stronger in our program.
