your administration is announcing that they want to use an "emergency alert system" to catch State fans ringing cowbells. That's your administration being dumbasses and stating the obvious. Your administration is essentially stating that they view ringing a cowbell as an emergency which, to be honest, is the most retarded thing I've heard all year.(and that includes "Masoli for Heisman") Let's be honest for a minute....Most State fans aren't even going to take a cowbell to the game, rendering this concern stupid in the first place. Another thing is that how many times do you really think that system has been used for things that are against stadium policy and are actually more important than someone ringing a bell!? Here's a scenario for you...Last year I went to the LSU v #@%# game where a woman (#@%# fan) was so drunk entering the game that she was puking into a bread sack by the end of the first quarter. Didn't help that her and her idiot friends were pulling out a bottle of Jack from her purse every 15 seconds....If I had known about this "system" last year I would have used it for that situation. (and don't tell me that doesn't happen all over that stadium either, we all know that'd be a lie). Drunk in public is against state law, and bringing liquor into the stadium is against stadium policy. To compare ringing a cowbell to someone that needs to keep their *** in a bar is just plain 17d. I have no problem drinking or with others drinking, the point is know your limits.

are not legal in V-H Stadium. I know a few State fans that have used this argument and told me that they were bringing their cowbell into the stadium.<div>
</div><div>On top of that, it reminds our fans (and yalls) that you can text that number to turn in banned items. This also includes alcohol, cigarettes, sticks, etc. <span style="font-weight: bold;">And honestly, people won't have time to text the number before the cowbell gets taken up.</span> There may be 3 or 4 times that the "emergency" system gets used to notify security of cowbells, tops.</div>
Did you have the #1 ranked rent a cop recruiting class on Scout too?

We didn't get the highest rated class, but we got some really solid diamonds in the rough. Boy I'll tell ya, they really want to be here. Love that stadium.

If what happened to you last year happens this year, then report it. That's what the system is for.
However, if the planned spamming is successful, don't expect a resolution.
