I think Indiana is going to do to Bama what Georgia did to Bama. I saw two teams that didn’t belong in the playoffs last night.
Lot of comments about this team or that team not belonging in the playoffs. I've even heard many say that no one but Indiana or Ohio State belong in the tourney. So why did we expand to12 teams and likely more down the road? Football is not my favorite sport and I could care less what happens, but it sounds like there should only be a 2-team playoff for the NC.
Of course we all know why they expanded to 12 & are going to 14, 16 or even 24 soon. Personally I think the 4-team playoff was perfectly fine. But, in a 12-team playoff saying Okie & Bama don’t belong may bee a bit too strong. Almost no chance to advance to the semifinals is more accurate. I really think you can put Okie, Bama, Miami, Vandy, Notre Dame & BYU in a hat & draw 3 for the last 3 at large bids & it wouldn’t make much difference which 3 you drew.
Bama could win but they have been somewhat Jekyll & Hyde. Will be interesting to see if they are up to the task.
Bama rushed for -3 yards against Ga and now 28 yards on 25 carries against Oklahoma. it’s really hard to be a playoff caliber team with no running game whatsoever. That’s a failure of DEBOER and most likely the offensive line. inexcusable with Alabama resources to not be able to run the ball.
Indiana isn’t going to play Alabama tough. They are going to beat the sh*t out of them.
Bama should be in a good place mentally for this game . I wouldn't bet a penny on Indiana at -7 .
Don’t look at the logos on this one. Indiana has been a better team than Bama all year and beat Oregon in Eugene and Ohio State on a neutral field.
