How in the (17) do we give up 38 and GW holds them to just 10? I mean come on, I know that they were overlooking, but damn they could have least scored 4 touchdowns. That is embarrassing!!

GT had to use there 3rd string QB for the entire game. He is a big guy and the option is not his strength.

We've had six now in the Croom era, and a 3-3 record. I don't think Croom takes them serious.

Lost to West Virginia, LA Tech, & GA Tech. Barely beat Tulane in 2005 (Tulane's 1st game after Katrina in a year they went 2-9). Tulane actually dominated that game (yards, 1st downs, time of possession). Also took overtime for us to beat UAB in 2006. Tulane in 2007 was the only game we really dominated.

My take from the stands at Bobby Dodd- we quit after their first TD. Yes, their offense is unorthodox and difficult to stop, but this was before we put in Lee for good and after we lost 3-2. Our morale sucked at the time.

Not to take anything away from GT, but we were hardly flying around on defense that day.

I stand by what I said about GT- they are an average team.

one week a team shows up to play and everything goes their way? GaTech was probably much less motivated to play this team and GW was playing one of their biggest games of the year. I have no doubt that under different circumstances we could play and beat GaTech. We played like crap and gave up quickly after an emotional home loss to Auburn.

1. With a backup to the backup playing QB, the offense was obviously slowed
2. The week before, they completed 9 passes all to the same WR
3. injured tailback

4. And as an above poster stated, we quit at Ga Tech after they got up 14-0

You also can not use that this team beat this team logic and here is why:

In 2004, Maine beat us. Maine also lost to James Madison at home. In that same respect, we beat UF who ended the year beating an 8th ranked FSU team.

By that logic of week to week comparison, would you tell me that James Madison University is a top 10 college football team? It a game of unpredictability.</p>
