Can anyone beat Tarboro in 2a East?

East Bladen, Lakeside, and North Duplin I believe are supposed to be the top contenders. We shall see!
Playing a much more difficult schedule this year, I feel is only going to help us more come playoff time.
They should win it but they are not very disciplined so who knows what might happen in a playoff game.
Tarboro will win the next 100 state championships if they don't get more students. Exaggeration yes but you get my point.... they are just too dominant to be stopped in the 2A playoffs and I think they could win the 3A championship and 100% make it to the state championship in 4A if in those classes of course. East Bladen, lakeside, lakewood and North Duplin are great 2A programs but they can't tie Tarboros shoes.
I think playing a tougher regular season only benefits them come playoff time.... they are playing some tougher games come playoff time they will have been through some tough games and already been in and succeeded in that kind of game atmosphere.... so nothing new when its crunch time in playoffs.
God bless, you and your kind words. We will be really young next year, so we will see. With that said, I love the standard that has been set in Tarboro, the expectation is the same every year, regardless of how young the team may be.
No doubt. Tarboro has played some very good teams this year. Hunt and Rocky Mount are contenders in the 5a east and Tarboro beat both. I also humbly say that I don't think anybody this year has anything for Tarboro in the 2a east. Will eat crow if proven wrong. But with the excellent senior class that Tarboro has that has started for three years now, I can't see it happening.
I almost feel like you are trying to troll lol. That has been discussed for years up here as a staple of Tarboros overall program.
They do. Rec league, and middle school all run the same system.
Literally said I don't know much about the tarboro area no reason to get like that. Just trying to get a better understanding of how programs like tarboro build into what they are.
