Can anyone here come up with a good reason for

allowing Ohio State to have two coaching staffs between now and the bowl game? Seems to me like a completely blatant abuse of the number of coaches rules, but was permitted by the NCAA. How is this even remotely fair to other schools with one coaching staff that must prepare for bowl games and recuit simultaneously?

But I agree, there's no way this isn't an advantage for them. Makes about as much sense as declaring the players ineligible last year, but letting them play the bowl game then start their suspensions in the fall. Once again, the NCAA isn't even trying to look like it doesn't show favoritism to some schools.
