Of course. She didn't want any evidence out there of any missteps or wrongdoings. Same reason she set it up to begin with. She wanted control and the ability to hide stuff should she be subpoenaed by the Oversight committee for any trainwrecks on her watch as SoS. Anyone that believes it was for "convenience" is delusional.

Actually convenience was the whole reason and you stated it quite well: it was for -- her convenience. Hillary has always been all about what's most beneficial for Hillary, because after all, Hillary knows best -- for the country (maybe the world) as well as herself. But as I've said, it looks like nothing short of being caught in bed with a live girl or a dead boy is going to derail her triumphal ride to the Democratic nomination.

Colin Powell had a better justification for using a private e-mail account -- when he took over in 2001 our networks were crap. He left us with a way better system, and Condi Rice had no problem using it.
