After one of Herbie’s O$U orgasms my wife couldn’t take it anymore and stopped watching.
Are his osu orgasms worse than his vaunted don brown defense ones?

Same for me!! I watched one game at a friends and it was annoying that I had to listen to the TV announcers.
Well, he’s clearly allergic to talking about snap infractions for more than a second.
Herbie is nauseating. Always thought it was major conflict of interest for him to do tOSU games. At least Blackledge can remain impartial when doing PSU games.
Unpopular opinion here, but I like both Kirk and Chris Collinsworth

I hope not. That was a lame performance. I generally turn off the sound these days anyway. Last night I had no problem shutting out Herbie and Fowler. They were insufferable.
I thought he was more biased than usual for OSU…they really didn’t harp on that snap infraction or replay it much at all, despite how bad it was
Can’t stand that they let Herbstreit do Buckeye games. I appreciate the way Blackledge handles PSU games. You can tell he really knows the team, but doesn’t slobber all over everything PSU related.
I can tolerate one Gus Johnson game per year, so long as it is a game where I have no rooting interest. I can appreciate his enthusiasm in that situation. Not more than once per year though.Unpopular opinion here, but I like both Kirk and Chris Collinsworth
My wife likes Collinsworth but that is only because she met his wife once. She likes Herbie because he is photogenic.
I’m not a Herbie fan. I think he typically says a whole lot of nothing in a lot of words. That said, he doesn’t usually bother me because I don’t really listen closely. This Saturday though I thought he was particularly annoying.
2016 big ten championship Gus Johnson was enjoyable but agree he grows stale. He has grown stale this year with multiple viewings.
He really tried to justify that late hit on Porter....And I wouldn't have minded him harping on the obvious holding missed calls against PSU if he had ever mentioned an obvious hold against OSU over the last freaking decade. I still can't fathom that it was a "snap infraction," looked like the ball just slipped from his hand as he was snapping...

I'm fine with Chris Fowler, but Herbstreit's faux neutrality (which invariably slips as the CFB season progresses and he agitates for the Buckeyes) has gone well beyond tiresome. It's annoying as hell. On par with Joe Buck's relentless hawking of commercial products and Fox TV shows during MLB playoff telecasts.
