Here he is tackling All World Nkemdiche...

I was shocked to see Kaleb Eulls in the backfield on this play too. That was refreshing.

And here he is sacking Sunshine and trolling up a fin...

I know you probably have seen these, but thought I would post them anyway

McKinney made that play, filling the hole and stuffing the FB, forcing 5 to go outside. Eulls did come off the ball well though, and Jones made a great play to fight off the block and make the tackle.

I have to admit that I'm thrilled that our younger players (CJones and JRob mainly) seem to find the Rebs' land shark hand signal as ridiculous as I do. I've seen a lot of celebrations in my day, but that is genuinely the stupidest **** that I've ever seen on a football field, and the players that are using it today are in no way, shape, or form doing it as a tribute to anyone

The interior of the UM line was simply dominated all night

I expected a good showing from our line. I didn't expect quite that good. The guard/center/guard combination left Starkville hoping never to come back again. Of that I'm pretty confident. I can't reconcile what UM did against LSU and several other opponents offensively to what happened that night. No way in hell that interior could have been that much better against anybody unless they were simply facing a DL that was really starting to come into it's own. I don't feel like a homer at all in saying that.

Much of the same for the Bama game. There's an article out there interviewing Bama OL and it says that they spent the ride back to T-Town breaking down tape of the game. As I read the article, I thought that if I were recruiting, I'd send that link to every DL target.

Jesus. I wouldn't block that guy for all of King Midas's silver.

I guess I should say attempt to block. There would be no actual blocking.

He is going to set someone else up on the line to shine with the attention he will get. I'm excited to see who takes advantage.

Nice job DS. Millen's comments are awesome too. He's talking about how good Jones is before the snap, and then he flattens that poor dude.

Then we get Love Machine reference.

If you get bored - find the clips of where Nkemdiche gets stuffed on his runs. I think it was 2 or 3 times. I can make a gif of all those tackles.

yes but there were one or two more that weren't necessarily Jones making the play but Nkemdiche got stuffed. The guy who posted the youtube link posted a link to the exact point in the game. It was easy to make the gif then.

I'd do it now if it were on youtube, they have a great way of scrolling through long videos. The watchESPN replays aren't easy to work with.
