Mitch is okay with this. It kind of gets him off the hook. He is like everyone else who realizes it is really the best thing for everyone including Cal and his family. It was just time and Mitch knows that, he just didnt want to force him out becaus he likes Cal and because of he money issue. But now that this happened its kind of a relief.

The hard part starts now in trying to find the next guy because a lot of the ones on the top of Mitch's list have good gigs already. So dont be surprised if guys like Buzz Williams pop back up in discussions as it goes along.
