Can someone explain how the process would likely work when it comes to replacing a coach ..
For instance, If Stricklin decides to make the move, what would be his next step? Would he first let Stansbury know that this will be his last season and then wait for the season to end to contact anyone? Or would he go ahead and start making contacts once he informed Rick? How does that usually work, and how would you like for it to work. I'm just curious as to how we can get on the top of some of the hot coaches' lists before some of the other jobs open up.
Granted, this is all assuming Stricklin comes to that conclusion this year and we don't make the tournament. Hopefully we can still pull a rabbit out of the hat.
