My bet is we will hear a lot of "we want everyone in our program to be above the line" and we'll be "9 units strong"
The "F.A.M.I.L.Y" thing will organically die on its own since it was completely a Flood creation.. but I doubt anything else changes.
Like it or not, most "Schiano-isms" will be woven into RU fabric forever. Theyve been here too long. Fans, RU promo and event staff will continue doing and saying whatever they want to do or whatever remains popular. Honestly Ash comes off as the type of person who doesn't give a fxck about changing around slogans and uniforms, and colors like everyone on this board is so obsessed with. Doesn't come off as a custom builder or a culture creator. I highly doubt he has any preference with anything that doesn't translate to a win on the field. To me, he just wants to win football games point blank period and everything else is what it is.

F.A.M.I.L.Y. was all Schiano, after he almost left for Michigan.
Every coach wants to put their own stamp on a program. I would be shocked if he did not change the uniforms.

Replace the broadcasters, "That was a Rutgers... Firstdown.", the third down guitar riff, the godawful uniforms.
Family sucks... its a football team, a very violent sport.... Like it or not but football teams have more in common with gangs than bible study groups... we hope to find good quality rutgers men out there, but at the end of the day you are looking for violent men.

Other than the lip service Ash paid Schiano in the press conference out in Columbus, when asked directly about Schiano consulting out there, what else has Ash said that leads you to believe that?
Thing is, nobody in that circumstance is going to say "I thought the guy my boss brought in to consult was a complete waste of money." Unless you have other data to support the claim that Ash is an admirer of Schiano, I'm not sold on it. No offense, just my opinion.

I love the 3rd down riff...it looks awesome when the entire student section is doing it, so I dont know what you dont like about it
now, I will admit that after the past 2 years, I start twitching when i hear the song as I automatically associate that with a new set of downs!

I'm going to go out on a limb and suggest that a stadium filled with yelling, stomping and clapping fans would be harder for our opponents to deal with than a relatively quiet one with half the crowd doing a one-arm wave.
actually we do both...its the student section that does the guitar...the rest of the stadium is pretty damn loud
