What I'm talking about is The Candyman. Late in the game, when we broke it open, he saw fit to yell what sounded like "What's your name?"* To which others responded "Haaaail State!"

Seriously, what the hell was that?

*That's what it sounded like to me. If it was something less horrible I apologize. A cheer in that style could be really cool if it caught on- we don't have a ton of variety in our cheers.
