Cannot sign into Hailstatetv....

got a message that my password was not valid; clicked "forgot password" in an attempt to reset; message says an email has been sent; well...no message; watched some of it last night but was interrupted and have not been able to get in since. As a paid subscriber it is quite frustrating to have stuff like this happen. On top of that...some who bought season football tix by deadline are now getting it free. This is my last year. "Free" is about all it is worth.

You need to send an email to the people that make the app. I sent it in the first and they had me fixed by the 3rd.

Something about I had tried to sign in from too many devices. It looked to them like I had handed out my username and password and was allowing multiple people to log in and watch the game on my account.

They reset my account and I have never had a problem.

I am watching it now on my tv over airplay from my ipad2.
