.....jet (about the size of DC-9) with a huge orange UT painted on the bottom give us a real close flyover like they did last time. It was a closer flyover than almost any of the MSU planned flyovers.

I do not remember this and I think I was at the game but honestly don’t remember but I do know I would remember this!
Who gave the clearance for this to happen and why?
