So sorry I missed this. I am stunned.
MS just played a flat out inspired game. Loved their game plan of punching it up the middle. MS wasn't intimidated because they had played them earlier.
I guess that big dude in the middle made all the difference in the world. GW could not not control the LOS but Jarvis forced LA out away from the tackle box.
That was my first time watching the MS offense in action. I love the wrinkles they have to get to the edge when needed. Fearless QB and speed to burn.

It was a great game between two very good teams. But come on Cap, there is no way that Loyola team is better than 2010 WWS. I saw that comment last week, but, since I hadn't seen Loyola play this year, I didn't respond. After watching them tonight, I don't think this year's Loyola team would stay within 2 TDs of the O'Toole led Tigers.
Is that the first post by a WWS supporter this year? Hopefully the tigers will be back in 2018 when they stop playing DVC opponents
I am sure if GW has some down years, they will leave the WSS and all the 8A teams. Maybe now week 1 will be open for WWS to get back on the schedule since they haven't been available in November recently.
Ok so I saw 2010 WWS team play GW on a freezing cold night at WWS in 1/4's. I was impressed with them. I recently rewatched the 2009 title game and wasn't impressed with WWS from that game.
I will go back and rewatch the 2010 game but I remember watching and thinking neither team looked good. I know that WWS team was a Top 10 USAToday team, but they didn't seem as complete to me as Loyola looked last week.
After tonight, I obviously have to rescind the comment anyway.
Gotta be impressed with MS - both on the field and on the sidelines - Holacek got outcoached which surprised me - Loyola was a 12.5 favorite on 5Dimes
