I don't put a whole lot of stock into spring training games. It's good to see guys like Duncan do well, but the main thing I want is for everyone to be healthy.

The last thing I'm worried about is the OF. Ankiel and Ludwick are pretty solid players, and while they are giving Colby Rasmus every chance to win the CF job, he is getting outhit by Brian Barton so far. I still wouldn't be surprised to see Rasmus as the starting CF on opening day, though. I do think Duncan will play a good bit if he's healthy. He has a lot of power, if nothing else. And an OF of Duncan, Ankiel, and Ludwick probably is probably not of the question at this time to.

It's going to be interesting to see how Shumaker adjusts to second base, and it looks like Joe Mather will start at third for at least a month.

He still has to be able to have a decent glove. I love the Cards as much as anyone you will find but its real early to talk about the post season. We have to see if the bullpen can keep us alive this year

Spring games are what they are, but they're fun to read the line scores and do alot of hopin'

I didn't follow the off season closely this year. Did we pickup any new arms for the bullpen or find a replacement for Izzy? If not then another mediocre season coming up.</p>
