I just received a call from someone "in the know" (don't you love that term?) who said that we have been working extremely hard on Thompson all weekend and especially today. They said that Mullen has spent most of today talking with the family and basically it's a full on blitz from several of our coaches to change his mind. Just thougtht I would pass this along. And let it be known that I had given up completely on Carlos Thompson and still don't believe we'll get him. But, it's worthy of posting, I think.

Which team has the worst half court offense? Both OM fans and MSU fans will be arguing once again that their teamhas theworst half court offense in the SEC and possibly the country.

Kennedy has seemingly just decided to let his talent just play ball. When he first got to ole miss with abernathy and co., they played in starkville and ran some great stuff in the half court, using a bunch of double screens on teh baseline to free Abernathy, Sanders, and a 3rd guard whose name esacpes me.

Bam Doyne was the third one.

And the funny thing is, just letting our talent play ball would work really well if they just gave the ball to Terrico every trip and let him try to create. Instead, we have no clue who is going to try to create, and we end up with bad shots.

I've heard this too today. Thompson could have called Mullen. And I think Mullen has one call per player for the next 3 days.

last year b/c Terrico was forced to have the ball in his hands more and Huertas was just as good as Warren, just playing a 2 or 3 though.

and show how an offense effects a defense and how it approaches a game plan. But implying that a defensive end gives a rat's *** about who the new OC is is borderline retarded. Seriously. You think Cameron Newton chose Auburn because of State's defensive schemes?

And I'm not that into 'crootin'. I actually looked him him up to make sure he was a DE so I didn't look like an *******.
