Is this actually happening? I hate it if so.Mt. Carmel no longer a member of the Blue
Blue Division: Loyola, Brother Rice, St. Rita, Montini, Providence
Green Division: Mt. Carmel, Fenwick, De La Salle, Marmion, St. Laurence
Red Division: St. Joe's, Leo, DePaul Prep, St. Ignatius, Hope Academy
Why would they be moved out of the Blue in the first place? This realignment doesn't really make a ton of sense anywhere. The divisions don't seem to be separated by size or geographic location.
Not sure except maybe they will do the promotion/demotion thing like the CMC did. MC was 3-9 in Blue last 3 years and lost to Montini head to head last year and 2 of last 3 to SR maybe that is why they were put there.
If they are indeed in the Green, it would be nice to see them bolster their non conference schedule with some 7A/8A playoff qualifiers. Not IMG but also no more CPS schools weeks 1 & 2.Maybe this will allow MC to finally get IMG on the schedule.
They won't, they didn't schedule tough non con this year when given the opportunity.Wonder what Montini thinks of this move. Will be interesting to see if they keep the tough non-con schedule in 2018.

They cannot lure kids from the town they are in? Dayum...
It is. For the 2018 & 2019 seasons those will be the CCL divisions. After 2019, they can change again. Is this really happening?
