Can you imagine Bobby Hurley as an assistant and Cayden Boozer as the PG for UK? I think hell would freeze over and RR would go into total meltdown. If we wait a few years, we might be able to hire Scheyer for HC when he gets fired as well.

It is good to be reminded that UK is not the only one with idiot fans.
True but I see it used as an excuse to act like idiot fans. Can you imagine a parent saying to their child, "You shouldn't act like an idiot." The child replies, "Well, well, the other kids at school act like idiots so I am just like them!"

There was 6 seconds left when he tried to throw the ball. UConn wasn’t just going to let him sit there with the ball and run the clock out, they most certainly would have fouled. And of course they would have a chance at a rebound but how hard do you think they are crashing the boards on a missed free throw up 2 with 5 seconds to go. They aren’t so the scenario I painted was a real possibility and your kidding yourself if you don’t think the same second guessing of not throwing the ball ahead wouldn’t have come into question.
It was double bonus, if you don’t trust your PG to make a FT or 2 then he shouldn’t be the starter. That’s a take the foul situation every time unless you have a clean breakaway pass which he certainly didn’t.

Every fanbase has their idiots. In all fairness to Boozer, the game should have never have come down to the last few seconds.

But, it wasn't a double bonus. I went back and looked to make sure yesterday. It was a 1 and 1. That does support Cats2010's argument.

He had two people on the far side of the court with no one within 30-40 feet of them. It most certainly was as clear as it could be. His only mistake was not elevating up to throw the pass forward, more poor execution than poor decision making. Why not slam cam boozer for not taking the foul on the inbounds pass instead of getting rid of it?

Also Duke was not in the double bonus. UConn only had 7, maybe 8 fouls. Even 90% free throw shooters miss on occasion, there is nothing guaranteed ever. UConn made a great defensive play and a phenomenal shot. You could replay that last 10 second sequence 100 times without a repeat of those events happening

Yep, all these people bashing him would’ve likely done the same thing in that situation.

It’s just natural instinct when you see a wide open teammate being given a free dunk to give that guy the ball.

People forget Cam turned it over twice in the last couple mintues himself so he cant hide from this either. I felt the carma was about to change against these guys with all the hype on them and when I saw his Dad waive bye bye to the St John fans at the end of that game.
Yup..

Good comeback!

Triggered? Hardly. Do people still use that term as an insult? 😆 I feel sad for you since it appears you constantly think about politics regardless of the conversation.
