Over 600 people showed up at Wine and Spirits at the Quarter in Jackson as film actor Dan Aykroyd hosted a meet and greet with fans to promote his Crystal Head vodka brand.Aykroyd took time out from the filming of "Get on Up," the James Brown biopic filming in Natchez and Jackson the last month.
Fans stood in line, some dressed in full "Ghostbusters" and "Blues Brothers" costumes, for four hours for a chance to meet the iconic actor.
"Mississippi was only known for its oppression of people, but that's certainly not the case anymore," Aykroyd said. "Mississippi is a beautiful place and there is an opportunity on every corner."
