This game was back and forth, with two ties and four lead changes, but Centreville scored with six seconds left to win 35-28. With the win Centreville has a strong inside track to the Concord District title and a #1 seed for the playoffs in Region D.

WF's first drive was a three and out. CV then engineered an 85 yard drive, including converting a 4th and nine at the WF 26 yard line, to score on a Stover two yard run to take the lead, 7-0 (Lucero XP) with 5:29 remaining in the first quarter. WF answered with a 76 yard drive capped by a 18 yard Southerland run to even the score at 7-7 (Batchala XP) on the first play of the second quarter. CV's next drive from their own 16 yard line ended up with a shanked punt that gave WF good position on the CV 30 yard line. WF ended up losing eight yards before punting, with this punt also shanked and instead of being pinned deep CV was on their own 27 yard line. CV moved down the field and scored to retake the lead, 14-7 (Lucero XP) on a 15 yard Shields run with 3:03 remaining in the half. WF took over at their own 42 yard line after the short CV kickoff but was forced to punt after running three plays. CV started their next possession on their 12 yard line and was forced to punt the ball back to WF at midfield. WF's possession moved down to the CV 13 yard line before stalling and they settled for a 30 yard Batchala FG to pull within 14-10 with 3 seconds left in the half.

CV received the second half KO and but went three and out. Pinned deep at the CV 13 yard line, the snap sailed over the CV punter's head and out of the end zone for a safety, 14-12 CV with 9:42 to play in the third quarter. After the KO for the safety was helped by a CV penalty on the play, WF had the ball on the CV 38 yard line. On this drive Carlson found Lee for a 19 yard TD pass and WF took the lead at 19-14 (Batchala XP) with 7:44 remaining in the third quarter. CV then put together a 78 yard drive, with the big play being a Shields to Simpson 49 yard pass to the WF four yard line before Shields ran it in from two yards out to retake the lead for CV at 20-19 (2XP pass fell incomplete). WF answered with a drive of their own, this one for 73 yards with the big play a 26 yard Carlson to Hill pass to the CV one yard line before Carlson took it in from a yard out to put WF back in front 25-20 on the first play of the fourth quarter (the 2XP pass was incomplete). CV's next possession was full of penalties at the beginning and they found themselves with a 1st and 25 at their own 15. They somehow managed to get out of that deep hole and scored when Shields hit Solomon for a 39 yard TD pass and CV retook the lead at 28-25 (Solomon 2XP pass) at the 7:37 mark of the fourth quarter. WF then started at their own 35 yard line and moved the ball down field to the CV 13 yard line before stalling and Batchala kicked a 30 yard FG to even the score at 28-28 with 2:30 to go in the game. CV started their final drive and got a Poythress KOR of 32 yards to reach the CV 42 yard line. On the first play from scrimmage Shields was hit trying to avoid pressure but CV's Fonseca came up with the ball to keep CV alive. Shields then scrambled twice to gain a total of 29 yards, but after CV was hit with a penalty they found themselves on the WF 49 with 4th and inches. WF jumped offsides and CV was still driving . Another Shields scramble reached the WF 36 yard line. First down was an incomplete pass, followed by yet another Shields scramble for 13 yards and CV was on the WF 23 yard line. CV spiked the ball with 10 seconds on the clock, then on the next play Shields hit Solomon in the corner of the end zone for a 23 yard TD. After the Lucero XP it was 35-28 with six seconds left. WF ran one play with one second left from near midfield but the the pass to Lee was short of the end zone and CV took the win, 35-28.
