Yep just like when big boys let BigEast play along. Only WVU showed they could compete. Not a long term deal but maybe in this case Iowa St and Oklahoma St can make the New Little 8 compete in one game. Sweet.
looking like the other power conferences are now going to take a step back on having a 12 team playoff and want more networks bidding on it too.
How do you think that’s gonna work out on the field and and then negotiating a new money deal? Say Little8 stays at 8 how much does each school get? However, if Little8 expands by 2-6 how much does each future Big12-14 get. Real simple opinion content questions that shouldn’t offend anyone.
I believe a Little8 gets $12,000,000 per.
An expanded Big12-14 gets $15,000,000
per.
As far as on the field…..Big12 hasn’t gotten a top four playoff win with Oklahoma and underachiever Texas so I’m going with after departure this conference will never have a Top 4 playoff win. The Little8 members haven’t sniffed a playoff spot much less a win. So my playoff conclusions are based on historical facts.

I don't care who it offends are what they make I'm all in for shot at ACC. Even if we have to kick the door in. Preference would SEC, that's not happening. B1G would be a whole lot better than SEC especially if Pit could get in with us.. That's not happening.
So ACC is the shot to take.

If ACC goes away you could see a lot of schools abandon football and rejoin the Big East like UCONN did
