He’s not terrible. lol, they’re completely over matched and on the road. Dude had a great year and is a ballerHe's terrible but I like JMU's offense. Switching things up and good play design.

Heard he’s following coach to lsuKewan Lacey is a stud running back for Ole Miss. he would have been a good husker get.
If JMU and Tulane keep Notre Dame out of the CFP for not wanting to be in a conference, I am all for these blowout games.I love people complaining about the playoff committee when the playoff committee is literally following the rules. Automatic bids for the 5 highest ranked conference champions. That’s the rules. Playoff committee doesn’t make the rules. That’s the CFP Board of Managers.
He makes throws that better receivers would be able to catchHe’s not terrible. lol, they’re completely over matched and on the road. Dude had a great year and is a baller
It’s about time the league tells Notre Dame ‘conform or die’. They don’t have the cojones to do it IMO.If JMU and Tulane keep Notre Dame out of the CFP for not wanting to be in a conference, I am all for these blowout games.
Sounds like a distinction without a difference.I love people complaining about the playoff committee when the playoff committee is literally following the rules. Automatic bids for the 5 highest ranked conference champions. That’s the rules. Playoff committee doesn’t make the rules. That’s the CFP Board of Managers.
Why even have a committee if there are rules already put in place?I love people complaining about the playoff committee when the playoff committee is literally following the rules. Automatic bids for the 5 highest ranked conference champions. That’s the rules. Playoff committee doesn’t make the rules. That’s the CFP Board of Managers.
That’s not what the rules state. Quality of product aside, rules are rules.Sounds like a distinction without a difference.
Put these G5 teams in a nice bowl game against a BYU or USC instead of having them get steamrolled round 1.
It's not a good product
Great question. The committee is given the discretion for their own rankings. Why did the committee rank JMU and Tulane? Or why did they rank them as high as they did? They know the rules. Automatic bids for the five (5) highest ranked conference winners. If the ACC has an unranked winner (like it did), you now have automatic bids for SEC, B1G, B12. That’s 2 more autobids for a G5 conference, if they’re ranked. Why even have a committee if there are rules already put in place?
Fine, the committee followed the rules.Great question. The committee is given the discretion for their own rankings. Why did the committee rank JMU and Tulane? So I guess with that, back to my original post, people can complain about the committee because the committee ranked those G5 teams.
I 100% agree. I also believe conference champs are automatic qualifiers. P4 at minimum. Otherwise get rid of the game.Fine, the committee followed the rules.
The rules suck and are dumb. They need to be changed.
So Duke should have been in ?I 100% agree. I also believe conference champs are automatic qualifiers. P4 at minimum. Otherwise get rid of the game.
Then obviously the discussion is levied towards the rules, not sure why you're splitting hairs over it.That’s not what the rules state. Quality of product aside, rules are rules.
By the current rules, no Duke should not have been in. By what would be my rules, Duke would have automatically qualified. So Duke should have been in ?
people complain about the wrong thing. Then obviously the discussion is levied towards the rules, not sure why you're splitting hairs over it.
Nobody is.people complain about the wrong thing.
well I would agree with that. But imagine how much more people would have cried about it. But if a team wins their conference they would earn it even if they went 0-3 in non conference. That would keep non-conference schedules a little more interesting.By the current rules, no Duke should not have been in. By what would be my rules, Duke would have automatically qualified.
I mean we can always blame KongNobody is.
It's like telling people "don't complain about the government, complain about congress because they pass legislation"
The ire is being aimed at the exact thing. What's next, are you wanting specific individuals targeted?
I am going to throw my idea out there, again. Give the Group of 5 their own championship. I never thought Rick Neuheisel and I would share the same idea, but I heard him on The Dan Patrick Show saying the very same thing. I think it would save some of the lesser bowls. The new division could incorporate these bowls in their playoff games. The Montana vs Montana State FCS playoff game was more fun than the Ole Miss and the Duck games. I guess I am assuming because I did not watch any of the Ole Miss game and I am half watching the Duck game. I am looking forward to the Husker women's hoop game tomorrow morning much more than any of these football games. Then later the men.I hope the committee has learned its lesson.
Yeah most likely would be a bunch of blowouts. But there would be more involvement and care by players if went to 32 team playoff and no bowl games. As it is most non playoff bowl games suck, some teams see a big chunk of their roster quit. At least there would be 32 teams engaged yet.People Want 16 or 24 games in the CFP. Why? I love college football, and I did not watch one play of the Ole Miss game' Tonight, I am switching channels between the Bears game and the Duck game. More teams are going to mean more bad games.
Give G5 team their own championship. Here is another thought. Maybe the Huskers could join one of the G5 conferences so they could be more competitive. Could the Huskers beat James Madison or Tulane?Yeah I think we need to get to 16 if schools like James Madison and Tulane are going to be included and then get beaten to pulp instead of teams that might have a legit chance of winning. Put every game in a neutral site bowl instead of having home field advantage.
Guarantee they have not.I hope the committee has learned its lesson.
Eff Notre DameIf JMU and Tulane keep Notre Dame out of the CFP for not wanting to be in a conference, I am all for these blowout games.
Specifics are always on point. Keep going.Nobody is.

Thanks, janitor.Specifics are always on point. Keep going.
Personally I don't need to see more SEC vs SEC action. Or the chance of watching a conference play themselves for the championship. I'd like to cap per conference at 2.People Want 16 or 24 games in the CFP. Why? I almost wonder if this was a bit intentional.Totally ridiculous and I hope they make a change next year. Insane to see 2 spots taken up by completely uncompetitive teams.
I honestly don’t know how or why that gif is available lolAudibly laughed
The playoffs should start with the sec playing each other the winner then moves onPersonally I don't need to see more SEC vs SEC action. Or the chance of watching a conference play themselves for the championship. I'd like to cap per conference at 2.
The problem isn’t the committee. The problem is there are too many teams in the playoff.Fine, the committee followed the rules.
The rules suck and are dumb. They need to be changed.
Problem is giving a non power 4 team a bone making the playoffs, only reason why so they don’t get sued. The problem isn’t the committee. The problem is there are too many teams in the playoff.
