I saw on MaxPreps that CG threw for a 2 point conversion when down 13-14 that they missed, but was it with the offense out there or was it a bad snap on an extra point kick?
This match-up was crazy. Watched the game today and C-G came out and played with everything that they had. On paper they should have won by 30 points. Unfortunately in sports you can simply "survive" and move on. C-G has a lot of younger players playing and will be back in this situation over the next few years. All in all the Fox Valley advances once again to the Semi-Finals for 6a. Congrats PR and keep your head up C-G!
Well folks, It was the grind out, grudge match I was hoping for. Stats show this game should of been a blow out. PR was able to capitalize at critical moments. Hats off to PR. I wish them success against Deerfield this week to go on a represent the Fox Valley D-155 in DeKalb.
