I dont mind it, If im Rolesville I'm using it as motivation ; Chambers always promote stuff and I love what they do with their social media stuff they promote their game and players and BRAND very well some may not like that but I do.

I think Chambers believe they are the TOP dawg until knocked off n I think they will be back in the title picture again , ONLY time will tell

LOL. He finally made his account public again and thats what we get from an educator. SMH. Chambers is running off of Brand mojo and a great group of 2023 players. They will miss Hollywood big time this year just like they missed Grier last year. Karma is coming....

Chambers has a good QB coming back and one of the best WR corps in the area returning. What does their OL look like? I think they will be fine at RB but still a big drop off from Smothers.

Chambers will be great most games but will struggle in big games where teams can match up with them. If they had gotten Brower from MC last year they dominate their sked and easily win #3. You have to be able to throw to win in big games. Hollywood masked alot of deficiencies in that OL last year.

Coach Ferebee may possibly be the best game management coach CMS has ever seen. He saw the game in a different context and changed strategies on the fly without any issues. He was a college level coach in highschool IMHO.

You cant lose a HC, great AD, great DC, OC, top QB, decade level top RB, and all that defensive talent and just expect to have no bumps. Their WR room is excellent! But in this day your OL room, DB/LB room mean so much more.

Little off topic but Chambers Zone to get kids from it’s not very big and also Where Chambers is it’s More in Industrial and college area of CLT so How many kids do they actually get from their home district so will be interesting if they fall out In next few years if that is true n all

Besides Hough and MP Chambers has been a BIG beneficiary of transfers. They have a small boundary and no magnet programs. With the extra scrutiny and losing a popular HC the transfers may be down this year. Especially with MC seeming to be gaining consistency with Coach Tinsley

Also they are a FULL school so any transfers would be residency/home school

Brower wasn’t better than JC’s QB from last year. Even in my book. He wasn’t beating Gibbons.

Disagree fully. Chambers needed a legit passing threat in the Hough, and Gibbons games. Brower is a D1 subdivision QB. Camp to me projects as a DB/safety/RB at the next level. Folks just dont understand the difference in a HS QB and a college QB. HS is full of athletes comparatively that can play multiple offensive positions, and defenses dont have as much high level specialization. In college it greatly tightens especially on defense where defenders are just as athletic and trained in their positions. This is why many college Qbs struggle. They aint running and throwing against basic guys. For the athlete playing QB its worse.

Camp at DB/ATH his entire career is a mid D1 player. He's super explosive, tough, and very elusive. Reminds me of Hood from RC who also had to transition to RB in college. Camp is a really really good player.

I respect your rebuttal, but Brower and Hood aren’t even close. Brower reminds me of the Scotland Co. QB from several years ago. A battering Ram that transitioned to RB at Gardner Webb. But I still stand by him not being a difference-maker for JC last season to win state. I’d even argue that Butler’s backup last season was better at QB than Brower, but Brower had more experience.

No doubt Lawrence has a much higher ceiling. But it supports my point. Lawrence can throw and is a pure QB, like Brower. Just my opinion. Camp is a versatile athlete that can easily play 3-4 other positions whereas Brower/Lawrence cant.

Also didn't compare Brower/Hood. Hood/Camp is the college comparison. Hood transitioned to RB, after being a QB most of his life.

All are great college prospects and high level players.

We take back Brower at the Creek, and bring back the 5 players that left the Creek, when Palmieri left and started for Chambers, including the ones that currently live in Mallard Creek zone but play for Chambers. Creek beats Chambers by a minimum of 2 TD's.

Not sure these cats realize how big of a shift it was for Palmieri to leave MC. MC got beat in the playoffs on some double game stuff. To me they were easily the best team in the state Coach P last couple years but had to beat a top 5 team in a rematch game late. Chambers got the benefit of the rematch game in both of their ships.

MC is easily the most talented team top to bottom if all their players stayed. Hell they were loaded with multiple starters leaving. Chambers roster had a bunch of transfers starting too.

Cardinal Gibbons knocked them off last season, in the state title game.

Brower isn’t a true passer and Hood was originally a RB but played QB out of necessity for RC. He played RB longer. You could tell by his unorthodox throwing motion from his hip. But both are fantastic athletes and will have great careers. Absolutely.

Ok, so they won a Championship with a bunch of illegal players. If they went back investigated the Spring Season they would have to forfeit it too. Can't be the best when your players are using fake addresses to come to your school.
You take all the players who went to Hough, Chambers, Myers Park, West Charlotte, return them to MC and they have a chance at beating Todd Bowles team.

??????? Really. Based off of what?
Thats what they done last 2-4 years and Just because lost smothers doesnt mean they still dont have solid talent, they have a lot good kids on this roster ...... Yes Smothers is a big loss but he isnt only kid on that team that Kevin Concepcion and among others have big offers and so again its Chambers conference to LOSE, Mallard Creek is prob best bet to knock them off this season.

I dont know why there some much hate for Chambers but We have all see CLT has spurts of GOOD teams, Indy, WC, Mallard Creek, Butler, now its Chambers so like I said We will see if there is any drop off from Chambers,

Why, If someone questions your reasons you equate that to Hate? Indy, Butler and Mallard Creek where not spurts of good Teams. All 3 were good for more than a decade. I have no clue how good they will be, i was just asking a question. You seemed like you had an inside track on what's happening with Charlotte High School Football and all the contenders. IJS!

Who from MC is a contributor at WC or MP? Just curious. MC is loaded and will be good but they get transfers in too and did during their run.

They have been spurts because POWER SHIFTED from Indy to WC to Butler to MC to Chamber every team had dominated the clt metro for period of time but then shifted eventually is my main point.

I only know about Chamber bc I am very good friend a lot of their coaches, players and I just tell it like HOW I see it - weather right or wrong , I guess saying I find it funny everyone.

Spurts are brief! Indy, Butler & MC did not have brief moments of being good. That's why we ask questions. Hoping people will tell it like they see it. It is a football board. Right? I know coaches at Chambers, Indy, MC, Butler, AL Brown, Charlotte Catholic and Garinger. OK! :)
