knew the defensive scheme and coaching staff (other than Bray) was a joke and bolted for North Carolina. #2 rated pass defense vs. the master mind's #125 rated pass defense. I'd say Charlton upgraded.

So Charlton, who was a very good DB coach for us, would have had no input into how the DB's are coached under this staff?
As bad as Banker has been, I think our DB coach is at least just as bad. If only Charlton would have stayed, our DBs would be better than what we are seeing, in my opinion.

That's what grinds my gears. It's obvious this staff is not going to return us to glory. Why wait another 3 or 4 years to pull the trigger and get a new staff?

And last year his DBs held Wiscy to 46 yards passing...of course they gave up 580 yards rushing as well
Wisconsin had no choice... Our pass defense was so solid they had to run and hope for the best...
