My brother just called me and told me he heard on sports talk that Ramsey is sueing Auburn's strength and conditioning coach in a Mississippi court. He's already done so in an Alabama court and was unsuccessful. However, he apparently is saying he will give out names of boosters who were known to give out $100 handshakes. Could get interesting.

What do said boosters have to do with his law suit against the Auburn strength coach?

Not doubting what you've heard... just saying that makes him sound like a whiny ****** that didn't get his way.

incentive to settle with him. depending on how greedy he is, it could work. the last thing au needs right now is more stuff coming out of the woodwork.

Tubbs and Bowden signed off in their exit deal that they would not talk about what goes on down on the plains. Chaz would have to do the same.

If so, he can go to hell. Dirtiest player Auburn has ever had, and that's saying something.

he'd be perfectly happy not to talk about the dirt if he's well paid not to. but that's his card to play to force them to pay him. if it goes to court he likely loses again, so he'll be fine to be paid to keep quiet. au has been paying pat dye for years for exactly the same reason and a couple of his former assistants kept cushy "consulting" contracts after they were run out of coaching for exactly the same reason. hush money is in aub's budget.
