cheat sheets for Regions C & D are up

I think I've been the only one to ever do cheat sheets... at least publicly. I know other media guys run the numbers to come up with the scenarios, but none have ever been put out for all.
It really isn't all that hard, but it does take some time to set one up the first time.

Thank you for doing this, VHSL-helper. Nelson has only played 9 games and will not play another game. Are you factoring that into the calculations and scenarios?
No, I hadn't. I had accidentally recorded Nelson/ Chatham on my master, then drew a line thru it. When I looked at the master, I didn't see a hole.
