I agree with probably 85% of what he says.WKU is now 2-2 in SEC games, so clearly they have a team that can compete, and playing up there gives them more of a chance. We didn't quit. We we were down 12 with five to play, how many of you thought we would have a shot to take the lead with 16 seconds left? I bet I can count them on no fingers. I don't agree about the tough schedule, and neither do many of the various computers who calculate such things, but if things keep going the way they are, the only bad one of the three will be Rider. Rick is not going to outcoach very many people. Going to the West Coast and then back to Starkville and then to Kentucky is not easy. I can't say that I loved everything I saw from us tonight...turnovers, free throws, substitution patterns, etc. But we didn't quit, and for that I give us credit.
Now, I don't care for the tone of it. I have just as much right to be frustrated/pissed as he does to be optimistic, but don't try to tell me in what way I SHOULD be reacting.
