As for the presidential transfer, "I don't see how that's going to be an impediment to the hiring of a coach.... This is not a third world country where the transfer of power may not be peaceful."

on the Smurf Turf in the Humanitarian Bowl. Can't make that coach happy. I know where he can get a piece of the BCS pie.

"And it would certainly, it would certainly behoove me, or one of some rational intelligence, to make sure that any decision that I approve about a coach that I would get his concurrence."

Isn't it refreshing, the flying circus of the presidency ending, LT gone, and crooms on the road. Not to mention Cohen in place. We finally have leaders that we can be confident will exhibit a little "rational intelligence" as to decision making at our university.

who was all interviewed. I also wonder if we will have to wait until Auburn and Washington make a hire to find out who is still will be looking to move up the coaching ladder. With that said I don't think Auburn will hire somebody like Graham or Dooley. I think that they will go after the big boys like Leach, Muschamp, Fisher, or Petersen. Can't see them forcing Tubbs out to get Dooley or Graham. I would be pissed if I was a auburn fan and told me they run tubbs out for dooley/graham.
