<h1>Petrino indicates either brother could start at QB</h1> <p class="org">Associated Press</p> <p class="date">Tuesday, November 18, 2008</p> <div class="story-body">

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) - Arkansas coach Bobby Petrino is leaving the starting quarterback spot open for now. Both Casey Dick and his younger brother Nathan are possibilities when the Razorbacks play at Mississippi State on Saturday.</p>

Casey Dick, a senior, has been the starter all season, but he left late in the Razorbacks' loss at South Carolina on Nov. 8 with a concussion. Arkansas didn't play last weekend.</p> <div class="story-enhance"> <div class="story-freeform"> <h4>SEC FOOTBALL</h4><span class="cxnhdln">

"We're going to have to wait and see how he reacts to everything and see how the week of practice goes," Petrino said Monday. "Whether he'll be the starter or Nathan will be the starter we certainly feel confident with either one of them starting."</p>

Nathan Dick, a redshirt freshman, went 4-of-8 for 38 yards against South Carolina.</p>

"We want to make sure that Casey's back healthy, but we did like the way Nathan played when he came in," Petrino said. "It wasn't Casey's best game of the year against South Carolina. He made some mistakes prior to getting hit in the head. Also, you want to make sure Mississippi State has to prepare for both of them."</p>

Too many Dicks and no (Anthony) Johnson to counter them. We're in trouble.

They are both pocket passers. So, Nathan brings nothing new to the table and Arkansas will run the same offense it did with Casey in there. I think this is all a smoke screen and Casey starts. If Casey doesn't start, then that helps us alot.

Given their QB situation, and with Michael Smith healthy (according to their practice reports), I got a feeling they will run the ball also. Good news is, he isn't a physical back. So, our undersized LBs can tackle him one on one. Bad news is, he is fast and I am not certain our LBs are quick enough to wrap him up one one one in space. Like you said, I see the secondary with alot of tackles tomorrow.
