Chicago Catholic League Week IV:

Pretty amazing how the Massey predictor did last week. Missed only on the SI and SL upsets, remarkably close on all the others.
So before we all lose our jobs to the computer, pick the winners and the scores.

Blues:
BR (3-1) @ SL (3-1): Massey says BR 48 SL 22. Vikes look strong this year, very good team speed. BR 35 SL 28
MC (4-0) @ DLS (1-3): Calpreps says MC 34 DLS 6. Four guys from DLS' 1-8 team last year are on D1 rosters this year. MC 40 DLS 6
SR (1-3) @ PC (1-3): PC 32 SR 14. Tough one here. Only because they're a man down will I say PC 28 SR 14
SI (2-2) @ LA (4-0): LA 41 SI 0. How'd you like to be LA's kicker and see that score? What a slap in the face. I give the Wolves a bit more credit than ol' Gamblebot 2000. LA 42 SI 14

Greens:
Legal Prep Charter (0-0) @ MA (1-3) - forfeit. If it were played, it would've been MA 40 LP 6.
DLS @ MC
MCHS (4-0) @ Leo (1-3): MCHS 40 Leo 0. Pope Paul VI 42 Pope Leo XIII 0
F (1-3) @ GT (4-0): F 35 GT 21. When Gordon won it all back in '80, Fenwick was their only loss. It's payback time. Rams 21 Friars 14
Catalyst/Maria (0-2) @ SF (3-1): Not in either system. Next years' SF schedule includes: Misericordia, Hadley School for the Blind, OLPH White, Woodlands and LA. Spartans 42 Cupcakes 0

Whites:
AC (3-1) @ BMac (3-1): BMac 42 AC 27. That's an 82 mile bus ride. For a conference game. Irish 35 Iggles 21
BR @ SL
MCHS @ Leo
SI @ LA

Reds:
F @ GT
Hales is ranked #282 on Maxpreps, just behind #277 Aurora Christian.
SJ (1-3) @ LFA (0-4): LFA 42 SJ 14. Only about 100 yards through the woods from LFA's Alumni Field is where St Joe's grad Cam Meredith now practices with the Bears. LFA 21 SJ 14.

I loved those woods when I was at LFA.

ignazio,

Well I finally figured out how to edit

For the GREEN,

Montini will win over Leo

Im going to go with DePaul over Fenwick also. Fenwick losing to DLS?

SF will win over Catalyst

Just a remineder to you iganzio. The reason we had a schedule issue is because the Wisconsin team we played last year and Plainfield south refused to play us this year.
