A simply majority wins. No city got a majority after the first round, so they eliminate the lowest vote getter, which was Chicago.

Seems that they had the best final presentation by far. Plus, the independent analysis says that they had the best bid.

It will be best bid or geography. Sounds like an NCAA baseball regional.

A lot of them have turned political in the last 30 minutes though. Rio is still the favorite - Madrid just had a strong bid.

Lifetime President of IOC Spaniard and is begging for it

I thought they were known more for their rumps. Most of the Brazilian women I've met were pretty flat-chested.
