I watched the replay of Chizik and he was asked about recruiting services. For anybody else it would not be a big deal but he compared it to shopping. He said that you always evaluate something before you buy it at the store. On another note I have never seen someone look so beaten down. His facial expressions were priceless when he was asked about a bag man.</p>
