They get into some fight, he chokes her. She calls the police and states as such.
Stockholm syndrome or realization of loss of lifestyle set in. She refuses to cooperate. This is why it occurred in September but just got arrested now.
Why was he arrested now? Perhaps a third party or friend got ahold of certain photos or texts and turned them over to police. Police now have enough evidence beyond a non cooperating victim. Arrest occurs.
This is ugly folks. Never ever choke anyone.

A friend that's a big UT fan texted me and said he does a Monday morning show around 7 or 8 am on The Horn FM and last year when they were struggling he said he was a total Pr*ck to the DJ's (one word answers) and he thought it was beyond obvious that he was way hungover. He said the way he treated the DJ's was cringe.
They can't retain him after this. He couldn't even go to Lubbock now and coach away games against Texas Tech.

A UT friend of mine told me a similar story. He said he was behind Beard at a local Golden Corral when Beard rips this loud and heinous fart. Beard then jumps back and blames it on my friend. Makes a big scene out of it. What a dirty weasel!!!!
It's an indicator of people can lose their sh*t quickly. When someone can lose their sh*t easily towards people they don't know (his players), it's a terrible indicator that people they know could potentially get the worst brunt of it.
Don't worry, I come from a family where a father beat his wife. It's easy to see the signs when you've been close to it. I unfortunately have up close and personal experience with the whole thing. It is scary as hell.
