31 tackles, 7 TFL, 3 sacks, 3 PD, and a team high 10 QB hurries. I would say for a true freshman that didn't play much the first few games and got moved around, that's pretty damn good.

Nkemdiche who was a starter from day 1: 29 tackles, 8 TFL, 2 sacks, 3 QB hurries. Doesn't sound like they are getting their money's worth for their consensus #1 recruit. I would ask for a refund.

You forgot his rushing stats.** I think that's the prime difference between the two. RKN is a glory hound who wanted to stay at DE, be the next Myles Jack (UCLA) and play both ways. CJ made the move inside early on to help his team. CJ clearly had the better year.
