Beamer should take a pay cut, if needed, to secure a quality offensive coordinator. If he doesn't surround himself with great coaches, he will not win consistently in the SEC. If does win, he will get a raise and statue in front of the stadium.

Use House money and NIL to secure some "big hog mollies" on the offensive line.
