Ole Miss 30, Mississippi State 24: The “school up
north” hasn’t had a lot to cheer about this season. In fact, it’s been
one of those seasons most fans of the “school up north” would just as
soon forget. That’s why we have rivalry games. One win can help make up
for an entire season of disappointment. The “school up north” is due to
put one of those wins together Saturday at home.

occasionally, but generally he ignores us. In his world only Bama, LSU, Auburn, Georgia and Florida are worthy to report on, the other teams are also rans.

will be as hard a game as we have played all year. If our guys aren't ready they WILL lose. I think we will be ready, and then some.

State rolls easily. 400 yards rushing...200 of it coming in the 4th quarter. The only good news is Nix is gone after another piss poor defensive performance. I just don't see us winning.

Too many big plays given up in the last two games. I expect Bolden to have a banner day, he can get to the bubble outside and haul *** down the sideline, just like he did against LSU. He's a known quantity, so at least he's not a RAT. I doubt we win.

Will play in this year. It is a role reversal of last year's game when the underdog Bulldogs kicked the crap out of the team formerly known as the rebels. Thus I would not be shocked one iota if the BB's win. It will take State's "A" game to win in Oxford. I have a hunch the Dogs lose again and fail to defeat a single SEC Western Division opponent on the way to a bowl game which they win. How weird is that?

Uh, what? Low doesn't cater to the 'big boys' at all. He always gives coverage to us, Vandy, Kentucky, Ole Miss...the schools that are considered on the lower end of the conference. He does a better job than anyone in the national or regional media of giving fair coverage. Just because he doesn't pick us to win every game doesn't mean he ignores us or is a homer for the big boys. How, exactly, is Ole Miss a big boy?

At least as far as I know him and we've debated on many an issue. If he says MSU will struggle, he's not bullshitting.

But will we? Is he right?

Damn right. I cant stand the very thought of your sorry *** football program. But the fact is that we are better and should stomp you. But here is why we wont:

1. We stomped you last year because you sent the kitchen sink after Dixon and left a 250 qb who can run for db's to tackle.
2. Your qb looked down wide receivers so badly, I think his audibles were actually the names of the receivers he was throwing to.
3. You fell so far down, the only way you could top the **** the bed performance of losing to south carolina was to get your *** kicked by us.
4. Nutt is not that good of a coach. He's just a decent one.
5. Mullen, is one hell of a coach that will cost us a FORTUNE to keep.

I agree with everything you said, but this one is in Oxford. The trend is against us. We have a chance to buck that trend but it is a trend. If we do I plan on partying like it is 1940! Only a student of history andMSUsuch as myself can truely understand what I mean by that. GOTHOM!!!!!!!!!!! The ghost of McKeenis dieing to be appeased. He is the TRUEghost of Scott Field, not the often mentioned Indians. THIS IS THE YEAR! DO IT DAWGS!!!!!!!! LONG LIVE DAN MULLEN!!!!!! </p>

Lets win and Party like its 1999:

1999: Known as "The Pick and the Kick," this game is best known
for its dramatic ending. Down 20-13, MSU rallied late in the 4th quarter
to tie the game. With 20 seconds left, instead of kneeling the ball to
go to overtime, Mississippi decided to run a play, deep in their own
territory. Rebel quarterback Romero Miller dropped back and lobbed a
deep pass which was deflected by the hands and then the foot of MSU
cornerback Robert Bean before being intercepted by Eugene Clinton and
returned deep into Rebel territory. On the next play, with 8 seconds
left, Bulldog kicker Scott Westerfield kicked a 44-yard game-winning
field goal.

This will make up for last weeks game......

History shows that when the visiting team comes into the game with the better team, it wins about 50% of the time. Home field is still very important in this game, but good visiting teams have won their share of games.

No ****! Just off the top of my head I think our defense has given up 30pts 8 times. And 50 twice. He has probably found so many things to exploit he doesn't know where to start. Zone read and throw to he tight end, all u need to know.
