is a really good Baseball coach. Took over the ACC doormat 7 seasons ago, and has had the Devils in the NCAA tournament 3 of the past 4 years.
He reminds me somewhat of Mark Stoops as to how he has built the program. He did the same thing at Appalachian State before going to Duke.

Probably do or close to it. Problem is Duke doesn't put a whole lot into their baseball program. They couldn't host a regional last year because their home stadium only had port a potties NO restrooms.
And before Pollard took them to the NCAA tourney in 2016, they hadn't been there since 1961, when JFK was in the White house !

Mike Martin, Jr. has been on his father's staff for 22 years and is chief recruiter . Has had 10 straight t10 classes. Will be surprised if he doesn't end up with the job

Mark Stoops has had one really good season in the SEC Least.
