What teams has Renfroe NOT played for at this point
He has played for quite a few of them. Remember when he played for the padres and the ESPN announcers were on top of the Old Steel Building talking about how much strength it would take to hit one all the way up there and then he smashed one over it into the Gaslamp District? He also has had an absolute Gun from the outfield. He hasn’t been great overall though at the plate.
Going to cross 200 career HR's this year while platooning for large portions of his career. I dont think that is the way to look at him....
Over 10 WAR for career. killer defense. provides great protection in lineup
Will be above $42M in career earnings after this contract too.....

Him and Stratton both have found ways to make it on rosters. We have had some dudes in the league stick it out in the last 15 years for sure.

I always thought Stratton represented a turning of the page in MSU baseball history.

I definitely wasn’t saying he’s done bad by any means. Didn’t realize he was crossing 200 homers this year. That’s good as I always root for him and our other Dawgs in the MLB. Notice I said hasn’t been “great” at the plate. He has been pretty good however at bat as you point out he’s still valuable to most any team. definitely killer defense and one hell of a canon from the outfield. Also I hope he earns all he can I’m happy for him. I’ve always enjoyed watching him throw out people at the plate.
