Just read an article that was giving Cavanaugh's take on the new offensive line recruits. Sounds like he is happy with them.

But what stood out to me was he said that Chris Walker actually wants to play defensive line.

Walker plays pretty high, like Stolt. I'd guess every effort is made to talk to him about OT, its a position of need, for sure, and probably his better position.

In Diaco we trust, when it comes to evaluating this kids desire to play DL.

My guess is at odds with the twitter convo happening right now. Severe, Benning, and the guy who does Husker Chalk talk are saying his frame and motor scream DE.

Yeah, but Cav wants him at tackle. I predict this unheralded recruit is very underrated

Interesting take ... a good Defensive Tackle with skills, would make a great Offensive Tackle. Some guys like hitting and other don't mind being hit.

A lot could depend on what weight he can play at. Could probably be an effective 3-4 DE in the 275-290 range. OT? At his height one would want at least 300lbs I would think.
